Who is the data controller

The controller of the personal data provided in the contact form is SPOKO REMONT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, registered office at ul. Złota 7/28, 00-019 Warszawa, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0001262345, VAT ID (NIP) 5253103543, statistical number (REGON) 545563110.

For matters concerning personal data write to [email protected] or call 505 400 905. We have not appointed a data protection officer — the scale of processing does not require one.

What data we collect

Only what is needed to call you back and prepare a quote:

• your name and phone number — you provide them in the form,
• the parameters from the calculator, if you estimated the cost before sending the enquiry,
• the language version of the site the form was sent from — so that we call back in the same language,
• the page the form was sent from and campaign parameters (utm), if they were in the address,
• the date and time your consent was given, together with the wording you agreed to,
• your IP address and the time of sending — as a counter only, solely to limit automated submissions.

We do not ask for your address, national ID number or any data we do not need in order to contact you.

Consent to be contacted by phone

Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in connection with Article 172 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. You can withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest, together with obligations under tax law.

Limiting automated submissions

We run no marketing mailings and we do not profile. No decision concerning you is taken automatically.

Who we share data with

Cloudflare, Inc.

hosting of the site and the enquiry database. The database was created in the Western Europe region, so the content of enquiries stays within the European Economic Area.

Telegram FZ-LLC

notifications about new enquiries go to the messenger our crew uses. This means a transfer of data outside the EEA. The notification contains the name, phone number and the content of the enquiry. Access is limited to individually added members of the crew, and the list can be narrowed at any time.

We share the data with no one else and we do not sell it.

How long we keep the data

We keep enquiries for 24 months from the last contact and then delete or anonymise them. If an enquiry turns into a contract, data related to its performance and settlement is kept for as long as tax law and the limitation period for claims require.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw your consent to telephone contact at any time.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

This site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics. That is why there is no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data, we will update this document and change the date at the top of the page. Data collected earlier remains subject to the rules under which it was collected.
