Terms of service
This document describes on what terms we make this site, the calculator and the contact form available. It does not cover construction contracts — those are concluded separately, in writing.

1. Who provides the services
The service provider is SPOKO REMONT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, registered office at ul. Złota 7/28, 00-019 Warszawa, KRS 0001262345, NIP 5253103543, REGON 545563110. Contact: [email protected], 505 400 905.
These terms are the terms of providing services by electronic means within the meaning of Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means. They are available free of charge, in a form that allows them to be downloaded and printed.
2. What services we provide
All of the services below are free of charge:
- Browsing the site
- access to information about the scope of work, indicative prices and completed projects.
- Cost calculator
- a tool that shows an indicative price range based on scope, area and standard. It runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing.
- Contact form
- passing us your name and phone number so that we can call you back about your enquiry.
3. What using the site requires
- a device with internet access,
- a current web browser with JavaScript enabled,
- for the form — a working mobile or landline number in Poland.
The site is available in four language versions: Polish, Russian, English and German. We use no tracking cookies, so using it requires no cookie consent.
4. What the prices on the site are
The prices in the price list and the results of the calculator are indicative information and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code — they are an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
Only a quote prepared after on-site measurements and accepted by both parties is binding. The visit, the measurements and the indicative quote are free of charge; a detailed estimate broken down into line items is paid, and its price is given on the home page and before work starts.
5. Conclusion and termination of the electronic services agreement
The agreement to browse the site and use the calculator is concluded when you enter the site and ends when you close it. The agreement to submit the form is concluded when you send it and ends when contact concerning the enquiry is completed.
You may stop using the site at any time. You may also request deletion of the data you sent by writing to [email protected] — the rules are described in the Privacy policy.
6. What is not allowed
When using the site you must not supply unlawful content, in particular you must not:
- provide other people’s personal data without a legal basis,
- send offensive or misleading content, or content infringing the rights of third parties,
- take actions that disrupt the operation of the site, including sending enquiries in an automated manner.
Enquiries that breach these rules are deleted and, where necessary, reported to the appropriate authorities.
7. Complaints concerning the site
If something on the site does not work or the form did not reach us, write to [email protected]. In your message describe what the problem concerns, when it occurred and how we can get in touch with you.
We reply within 14 days of receiving the message. This section concerns the operation of the site — complaints about construction work carried out are made under the rules set out in the contract and in the provisions on statutory warranty and guarantee.
8. Copyright
Project photographs, texts, the logo and the layout of the site are protected by copyright and belong to SPOKO REMONT sp. z o.o. or are used under the rights we hold. All project photographs come from our own building sites.
Copying them and using them for commercial purposes without our written consent is not permitted. You may, however, link to the site and quote it with the source given.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for important reasons, for example when the law or the scope of services on the site changes. The new version is in force from the day it is published on this page, with the date given at the top.
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on providing services by electronic means. Full company details are in the Company details section.
