Three things ruin a renovation more often than everything else combined: a price that grows along the way, a deadline that keeps moving, and a crew that disappears for a week without a word. We work so that none of them becomes your problem.
You get the estimate line by line, with quantities and rates — you can see what you pay for labour and what for materials. Scope and deadline go into the contract. Anything that adds cost is agreed before we do it, not on the invoice. When we finish, we hand over a cleaned flat you can move into.

Piles instead of concrete
We drive screw piles into the ground in a single day, winter included. No pouring, no weeks of waiting for concrete to reach strength.
Frame and roof truss
Load-bearing walls and roof truss. The timber arrives cut to size, so assembly goes faster than preparing the site did.
Sheathing and roof
OSB boards close the walls, the truss waits for its covering. From this point on, only the weather above the roof matters.
Façade, windows, terrace
Siding, window joinery, a roofed terrace with steps and a railing. From the outside the house is done.
Interiors
Boards on walls and ceiling, flooring, doors, lighting. The same crew that drove the piles.
Handover
Terrace, final touch-ups, cleaning. We hand over a house you can walk into the same day.

A ballpark figure on the spot. The detailed one, line by line, costs 600 PLN — we deduct this amount from your bill when you order the renovation.

Contract
Scope, deadline and price in writing. The schedule is part of the contract, not a promise.

The work
One crew at every stage, constant contact and progress photos.

Handover
We clean up, walk the place with you and give a two-year warranty.
On time
The deadline goes into the contract together with the scope. If anything moves it, you hear it from us, not on handover day.
Two-year warranty
On the work we did. Warranty fixes are done without argument and without charging for the trip.
Our own crew
No subcontracted strangers. Every stage is handled by the same team that came for the measurements.
One contact person
Throughout the renovation the same person answers on our side. You never have to explain the case from the beginning to someone new.

How much does an apartment renovation in Warsaw cost?
A full renovation starts at 1,400 PLN per m² of labour — on a 50 m² apartment that is about 70,000 PLN for the work alone. Finishing materials come on top and you decide how much you spend on them: the same 50 m² can be finished for 40 thousand or for 150. That is why the estimate keeps the two apart, and you can work out the labour range for your own floor area in the calculator above.
How long does a renovation take?
We set the deadline after the site visit and write it into the contract. It depends on the scope, on whether we replace the installations, and on material delivery dates — most often it is deliveries, not labour, that stretch a renovation. You get the schedule together with the contract.
Do you charge for a quote?
The visit, the measurements and a ballpark quote are free and commit you to nothing. A detailed estimate with line items, quantities and rates costs 600 PLN — we deduct this amount from your bill when you order the renovation.
Do you buy the materials, or should I?
Whichever you prefer. We can buy everything on your account and hand over the invoices — then you do not spend time at wholesalers. You can also buy them yourself: you get a list with quantities and specifications so nothing runs out mid-week.
Where do you work?
Warsaw — all districts — and the surrounding area: Piaseczno, Konstancin-Jeziorna, Pruszków, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Legionowo, Marki, Ząbki, Grodzisk Mazowiecki. For larger jobs we travel across the whole Mazovia region.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. Spoko Remont is a limited liability company, so we settle by VAT invoice — with businesses and housing communities too. Full registration details are on the “Company details” page.
What does the warranty cover?
We give a two-year warranty on the work we carry out. Materials and appliances are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty — we hand over the cards and documents at handover.
